She let us know what to expect during the home selling process. She listened to our requests and concerns about Covid. She was great to work with and answered every question. I fully appreciate how much effort she put into selling our home. Before the close of escrow we corrected and repaired the problems that the buyers had requested on the inspection report. Months after the close of escrow, Rachel was contacted about an issue that arose where the buyers had a problem with the heating system and wanted us to pay the the repairs.
