Ms. Kennedy worked with my four siblings and me to list and sell our family home after my mother's death. Monica did an excellent job keeping us all informed, including a brother who resides out of state, during every step of the process. Monica is very knowledgeable and efficiently handled all the intricacies of selling a property co-owned by five individuals. She went above and beyond the call of duty and exceeded our expectations in every respect.
