I feel like I should start out this review with the following advice: if you need an agent, GO WITH SABRINA. Sabrina is incredibly knowledgeable, thoroughly kind, willing to fight for you, dedicated, and basically everything that you could ever ask for. My boyfriend and I were first-time homebuyers and relocating to Chico. We were nervous, completely clueless, and probably asked too many questions, but Sabrina was always patient and graciously guided us through the entire process with her warmth and humor. Even though we weren't even in the same city for most of the time, Sabrina was always flexible and made sure that the process was as painless for us as possible. I can't say enough good things about her and there's a reason why every review is stellar. We're so lucky to have met Sabrina and to have started off our life in Chico with her at the beginning.

There is definitely a reason Sabrina was rated number one realtor in chico multiple years running. Let me start off by saying I am somewhat of an anxious buyer. Not only was I buying, but I was also selling my other property. From the very beginning, Sabrina made me feel at ease because her knowledge of real estate and everything in between is evident. She knew all of the answers to my questions and thought of important details that I hadn’t. She knew exactly what to price our house at and ended up getting us offers over asking price. She was incredibly quick to respond to me anytime I had questions and explained things in a way that made sense. I never, ever felt pushed by her...she is one of the kindest people I have met and truly cares for her clients. I highly recommend Sabrina, she is a fantastic realtor.

Shane is the greatest! She has helped me on several properties and never disappoints. I won’t go anywhere else. When I first moved to Chico she was diligent in finding me a place I’d love. Then I divorced and she helped me find another home to support my needs. Now she helped me find my newest home and sell my other right after my new purchase.

She was patient with us as we made improvements to the property prior to selling. Once listed the home sold quickly and with multiple offers.
