Sabrina is on top of her game and super responsive! We were selling my mom's house and I am not local and live in the Midwest and needed someone we could trust. A family member had to leave her house in Chico, and I was appointed trustee for her living trust. I live halfway across the country and her son lives in Europe. We were faced with having to sell her house from a distance during the pandemic.
