Sabrina Chevallier is hands-down the BEST agent I've ever worked with. I don't say that lightly, as I've worked with quite a few--6 different agents in total from 3 different cities! First of all, Sabrina loves Chico and its people and community, and it really shows. She knew from the start that this house meant so much to us and took extra care to find us the perfect buyer who would appreciate the house as much as we do and provide a smooth transaction. It was definitely smooth because of Sabrina's careful guidance all along the way. She leaves no outstanding items behind and is here for us till the very end. When it came time to sell our home, we didn’t skip a beat and immediately called our favorite Real Estate Agent, Sabrina Chevalier. We found Sabrina a few years ago when we purchased our home and to say we were beyond thrilled to have her represent us is an understatement. We had an opportunity for a fresh start in Colorado and Sabrina met with us quickly, shared honest feedback on what we needed to do to sell quickly and at our asking price. We had a few serious nibbles in a short amount of time and when the actual buyer came around Sabrina was right beside us managing some of the unpleasantness of being in Escrow with the buyers hinky agent who was also the lender. When I lost my cool, Sabrina was always a calm and reassuring voice of reason. Any questions, Sabrina answered them all with the level of detail that we needed and promptly too. Sabrina had a trip planned during our transaction and she was available when we needed her and always with that professional and sweet attitude. 1st time buyer or seller or seasoned buyer or seller, Sabrina is the agent to hire. A family member had to leave her house in Chico, and I was appointed trustee for her living trust. I live halfway across the country and her son lives in Europe.
