Sabrina Chevallier is hands-down the BEST agent I've ever worked with. I don't say that lightly, as I've worked with quite a few--6 different agents in total from 3 different cities! First of all, Sabrina loves Chico and its people and community, and it really shows. When it came time to sell our home, we didn’t skip a beat and immediately called our favorite Real Estate Agent, Sabrina Chevalier. We found Sabrina a few years ago when we purchased our home and to say we were beyond thrilled to have her represent us is an understatement. A family member had to leave her house in Chico, and I was appointed trustee for her living trust. I live halfway across the country and her son lives in Europe. After this investigation, we picked Sabrina Chevallier to be our realtor, and we are extremely glad that we did. Her expertise in the relevant laws and protocols is remarkable. She had a number of critical contacts which helped with preparing the house and selling it. We gave her full latitude in negotiating for us, and she was phenomenally successful. But more than anything else, her interest in meeting the needs of the client was outstanding; she always responded to any email or telephone query within 30 minutes. I feel like I should start out this review with the following advice: if you need an agent, GO WITH SABRINA. Sabrina is incredibly knowledgeable, thoroughly kind, willing to fight for you, dedicated, and basically everything that you could ever ask for. My boyfriend and I were first-time homebuyers and relocating to Chico. We were nervous, completely clueless, and probably asked too many questions, but Sabrina was always patient and graciously guided us through the entire process with her warmth and humor. Even though we weren't even in the same city for most of the time, Sabrina was always flexible and made sure that the process was as painless for us as possible. I can't say enough good things about her and there's a reason why every review is stellar. We're so lucky to have met Sabrina and to have started off our life in Chico with her at the beginning.
