Following the passing of our parents, my brother and I approached Lisa Wade for help with selling the family home in Boulder, CO, as my brother and I both now reside out of state. The home needed work done prior to placing it on the market and Lisa’s assistance in identifying the necessary repairs and updates was invaluable, as was her help in locating contractors to do the work. Since I was not on-site to check the contractors’ progress, Lisa coordinated with them until the work was done. She also worked with the landscaping service to make sure the yard was neatly maintained. Once the house was ready for sale, we relied on Lisa’s knowledge of the local home market to help us arrive at a reasonable asking price and the property was listed. Lisa had a photographer take pictures of the house and prepare an impressive virtual tour, which helped present the home in a favorable manner. This, combined with Lisa’s personal showings and her coordination with another agent resulted in its being sold in a short time. With Lisa’s friendly, professional demeanor, her persistence and attention to detail throughout the process, she was a real pleasure to work with. I don’t know what we would have done without her. My brother and I are both extremely happy with the job she did for us and we would recommend her highly to anyone else looking to sell or buy a home.
