Martin Carpenter is an excellent realtor and I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling their home. I first met Martin on a Zoom call while I was still in Tennessee. He was very gracious and kind since he had to deal with not only me but also my son-in-law. He patiently explained things I did not understand and is very knowledgable of the market. Martin is honest and trust worthy, two very important things to look for in a realtor! He is thorough, returns phone calls, emails and keeps you updated with the latest information. We selected Ronnee because the reviews from other buyers was so positive. We weren't disappointed. We live in N.C., but wanted to purchase a second home in Syracuse to be close to our daughter and three grandchildren when we visit.
