Cindy was very knowledgable about the technology required in using the internet for real estate sales promotion as it relates to online pictures and property information. Communicating with her was extremely easy as she would respond to phone calls and e-mails immediately. There was no need to followup with her on outstanding items as all were handled promptly. I have had multiple excellent experiences with Cindy in the past. This time around, for reasons that are not important here (and have nothing to do with Cindy), we decided to use someone else to help us sell our home. That was a mistake. The experience with the other realtor was not at all productive and, when that contract ended, I went back to Cindy. Should have done that in the first place! She always gives excellent advice. Her instincts are right on target, as they are backed up by years of experience. She is always professional, personable, responsive, and fair. She follows up. Cindy is now and forever my go-to realtor. Anyone would do well to use her.

Mary Anne was great to work with. We were in the process of moving within the same school district and did not have to find a home within a particular time frame. So she spent several months working with us. She never pressured us or made us feel that we were taking up too much of her time. If there was a house we were interested in seeing she usually fit us in the same day or the next, always trying to accommodate our schedule. She consistently responded to communications from us very quickly. She had other clients but never forgot the details of our particular situation. When we did find a house that we liked, she was fantastic about helping us with resources for the basics and beyond. Our home inspector listed some things that would need to be done to the house and she was able to give us the names of specific companies she had experience with and sometimes repair techniques that were newer and we had no knowledge about. She also was incredibly quick with paperwork and negotiations and kept us updated as soon as she knew anything. When it came to selling our old house, she was also very helpful. She understood that people have different things they need out of a house sale and advised us as to what would be most beneficial in our case. We were carrying two mortgages temporarily she knew that we wanted to sell our house quickly. She gave us an idea of what we might expect based on different pricing scenarios and we came to a list price together. We were very pleased when our house was sold to the first people that looked at it.
