Tom is so patient, professional, kind and has so much knowledge about the area, the houses issues or possible issues. He is a very good listener to what you are looking for in a forever home. He has a great network of people he can recommend for inspections, landscaping and renovations. He is pressure free and does not push you into anything you don't want.
