Tom was a great realtor. He was accommodating, knowledgeable about homes and the housing market, attentive to our needs and wishes. Tom is really a people person. He is efficient and organized. He provides service with a smile and really does what he says he would. In this day and age, that's a quality you rarely see. I greatly appreciated what Tom has done for us. He is a real pro, communicates well and guides you through the process of home purchasing. Tom's a real professional with a heart! We hope to continue as friends in the future. As first time home buyers there is obviously a lot of worrying/doubts, with Tom there is none of that. Any problem that came up Tom had a solution. Gave a shovel in the middle of winter for moving in, offered to fix an electrical issue and to haul away garbage left by previous owners for free. If time comes to sell or buy another property Tom will be the first realtor we contact, by far the best/only realtor to work with.
