My experience in a single word would be Honesty. When we went to any house to look through it, he would pour through the sellers disclosures, look at the nooks and crannies with you, and advise you on any major issues that he may find. He made the entire home buying process as pain free and as simple as it could possibly be. After living at my previous residence for 35 years I became a first time home seller & was, to say the least, intimidated by the mere thought of the process. Thankfully, Mr. Tom Clusiau with RE/MAX Legacy Realty was highly recommended to me by another member of the Cooperative I had moved into who had used his services with their home sale. Tom was awesome to work with! This was our first home purchase and we both felt like Tom helped make it the easiest process ever. We always hear about the pain and stress that you get when buying a home; weather it's your first one or your last one. During our process we felt like the was none! Waiting for response from our offer was a bit stressful but not in a bad way and not because of Tom. There was no question that was to little or to big that Tom didn't answer or make us feel silly for doing so. In fact he encouraged us to keep asking questions so he knew how to how he could be of service.
