I knew Traci was very thorough and very dedicated to her job and to each client she takes on. Very professional and very attentive to each individuals need. Ours was a unique situation, a relocation company was also involved and Traci did everything she could to make this experience as easy and seamless as possible. Was always in communication with deli company asking questions and following up on concerns. She was always professional and thoughtful to the needs of all parties. Traci was always on top of everything, clearly explaining everything that was happening or was going to happen. Resource Group has wonderful realtors and support staff. One thing I really like about this particular group is that they are very involved in community and stay in contact with previous clients. You can tell how much this group is respected by the number of people that come out to support their various causes. Sometimes just hosting little get togethers a for their clients. It's like family which I absolutely loved. Traci always went above and beyond expectations. This was my 7th move and my best experience.

Traci goes above and beyond; she is a clear, effective and timely communicator with a genuine empathy for your needs and concerns.
