Traci Kennedy was great! She was very knowledgeable and was always available to assist us even outside of business hours. She helped to make the process easy, exciting and enjoyable. She was also great at communicating and is very well connected and respected in the area. She was always on our side. Very trustworthy. Would highly recommend!

Traci Kennedy was exactly the person we needed to help us buy our first home. She was, at all times, incredibly approachable and kind. She did a wonderful job explaining all the intricacies of home buying without talking down to us. Traci included both me and my husband in all parts of the process which we greatly appreciated. Even during a pandemic, the home buying process never felt daunting with Traci on our side and she was available at all times with answers, recommendations or advice. Thanks Traci!

Traci is a personal friend. My mom’s relocation here to Colorado was going to be hard and emotional, Traci took it on headfirst. She was instrumental in getting my mom set up here. We couldn’t have done it without her.

Traci was amazing. She was incredibly helpful with both sides of the transaction. She didn't pressure us into anything and was always available to bounce ideas off of and work through the full process. Honestly, I would recommend her to ANYONE without any hesitations at all. She and her team were amazing and continue to be helpful to us even months after living in our new home. Feel very fortunate to have worked with her and we fully intend to keep in touch for many years to come.

We loved working with Traci. She took the time to listen to us and we never felt pressure in any way. She listened very well to our needs and wants. She was able to direct us well. She was very patient and always available to answer questions and go over doubts. She was very good at reading our body language and finding out right away if we liked a place or not. Our entire family grew to love her and appreciate her very much. She was very thoughtful with our kids and they thought "she was just the best in the world". Thank you Traci for making this experience go smoothly and enjoyable for our family.

Traci was recommended to me by a close friend, and she did not disappoint! Traci was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire buying process. As a first time homebuyer, I had very little knowledge about the home buying process, and she made the process very easy and explained every step very professionally and clearly. She is also an extremely friendly and caring person, and truly cares about her clients and getting them into their perfect home! I can't thank Traci enough for all her help! She was even able to help navigate a very fast close, which was awesome! She has even continued to help after the closing to iron out last minute details. She goes above and beyond and is truly second to none! Thanks Traci, you're the best!!

Traci and I used to work together, so I knew I wanted her to represent me. I also heard wonderful things about friends and colleagues who had previously worked with her, so that further solidified my choice! She is always professional, on-top of communication among all parties, available via text/phone/email ALWAYS, enjoyable to be around, trust-worthy and genuine in her opinion, and a wonderful friend. So happy she was able to guide me through such an important process with ease and grace!

We worked with Traci to sell our beloved home before relocating out of state. After significant investment (financial, blood, sweat, tears…) and 6 years raising family and making memories in our home, selling it was an emotional time. It was also important that we receive a return on our investment in the property. Traci spent a significant amount of time letting us show off all of our work, helping to highlight features and improvements and coaching us through the process of selling. We tend to be high maintenance customers and Traci never let on to how frustrating I know we can be. She was gracious and patient, comforting, kind and professional. Her expertise on the area and the process were invaluable and she negotiated the best scenario we could ask for. We missed having her at our side on the buy side (out of state) and know our go-to should we ever return to Colorado. We love you Traci!

This was our first time buying a home, Traci Kennedy made this experience smooth and enjoyable. She was very attentive to our needs and found us the perfect home within our time frame needed. She has been there in every step of the process even after purchasing our home. We not only found a great realtor but a friend too. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home!

Traci was great and I would highly recommend. A true professional. This is our 5th home purchase and Traci was by far the best to work with. She is an asset to Remax and her profession.

Traci was incredible! She went above and beyond to help us close the deal on our house when the mortgage company was particularly difficult. We couldn’t be happier with her services. Thanks for everything Traci!
