Most of all Jamie was patient. We had postponed our decision to sell our home once or twice, due to COVID and she hung in with us/stayed in touch while respecting our decision to hold off on a move. Once we decided to list our home, Jamie was immediately available; coordinated the photo/video and listing process quickly and professionally. Even though we had an amazingly fast turn-around, Jamie did her best to keep us in the loop on the status of offers, and then met with us to discuss and highlight all of the plus/minus of each. From start to finish was about 2-3 weeks and our home was sold and quickly closed. Jamie negotiated the best possible sales contract which allowed us the time we needed to purchase and close on our new home, while remaining in our existing one without feeling any pressure.
