Kenzie was an absolute DREAM to work with and is the BEST real estate agent ever. I've been in touch with Kenzie over the past year and have loosely talked about wanting to buy my first home/investment property in Bend. She's always kept me in the loop on available properties, and she has always 100% catered to what my "wants" were. When a property became available that was (literally) too good to be true, and I decided to jump on it, Kenzie made the process so easy, painless, and fun. This was my first home purchase, and despite all of the things that go into it, Kenzie was so on top of it and managed the process for me in such an effortless way. Not only that, but I really trusted her to have my best interests in mind at all times, and she somehow managed to get us from offer accepted to close in less than 3 weeks. I could not recommend her enough, and if I could give 10 out of 5 stars, I absolutely would. She is an absolute ROCKSTAR at what she does!

Kenzie was AMAZING! She was very helpful in narrowing down what i was looking for. She listened to my concerns and appropriately gave constructive feedback while also validating my feelings/concerns. Her knowledge of the area was top notch which was so helpful to me since I had just moved to town and didn’t know anything. She excels at her job, and it’s clear she very passionate about it. She is also so personable, it’s easy to feel comfortable in her presence and engage in conversation. 10/10 recommendation!

When starting our Journey of finding a home, my wife and I were nervous of who we would get for a realtor and if we would click. We seriously could not have gotten a better realtor than Ricky. Moved from Ca to Bend. Ricky Baker was more than I could of asked for in a realtor, he listened to what we wanted, scheduled when we were in area, and had great knowledge of the houses and area's. When we found the one he was so helpful in every way, he was at house for appliance deliveries, multiple inspections, painters, anything we asked or even thought about he was there to help, since we were still in ca. I've used several realtors over the years, Ricky is the best, professional, sincere, and very helpful, always returned calls when I had questions. I would reccomend Ricky all day every day to use as your realtor.
