Exceptional Realtor - A True Professional! My wife & I recently had the pleasure of working with Ricky as our real estate agent, and I cannot speak highly enough of their exceptional service, expertise, and dedication throughout the entire home buying process. From the initial consultation to the final closing, they exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Probably the best referral my dad's ever had. Whom also bought a house recently using Ricky.

Ricky’s professionalism, communication and commitment allowed me to sell my house in the most challenging circumstances. Beyond that, Ricky demonstrated tremendous care and understanding throughout resulting in the most ideal outcome for my family.

When starting our Journey of finding a home, my wife and I were nervous of who we would get for a realtor and if we would click. We seriously could not have gotten a better realtor than Ricky. Ricky made us feel so comfortable, confidant and safe while looking for our dream home and he was always available to answer any questions we may have had. He was always on the lookout for potential homes and got us in to see any house we desired. Something I respected a lot about Ricky was that he was just as brutally honest about things as he was supportive on our visions and thoughts. Definitely a five-star Realtor.

Lisa was wonderful to work with. She was very thorough and made sure everything was taken care of on time. Couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction.

Sarah is a very experienced and knowledgable realtor which is by far the most important asset in helping a transaction go smoothy and to keep sellers (and buyers) on track. Sarah was also ALWAYS availability when you needed her, and she stayed on top of the details (and we had lots of them). It was a pleasure working with her, and I would recommend her any time!

Moved from Ca to Bend. Ricky Baker was more than I could of asked for in a realtor, he listened to what we wanted, scheduled when we were in area, and had great knowledge of the houses and area's. When we found the one he was so helpful in every way, he was at house for appliance deliveries, multiple inspections, painters, anything we asked or even thought about he was there to help, since we were still in ca. I've used several realtors over the years, Ricky is the best, professional, sincere, and very helpful, always returned calls when I had questions. I would reccomend Ricky all day every day to use as your realtor.

Sarah was there for us 100 percent. We had a rental house and rehabbed it 7 weeks. It was listed and sold in 7 days. Sarah was with us every step of this journey and always a phone call or text away. We would be happy to recommend Sarah.

Ricky recently sold our home in Bend. He made the entire process quick and easy. He is very responsive and helped get the house listed and sold quickly. He helped us understand terms on multiple offers and negotiate one that worked well for our family. We would definitely recommend Ricky to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Central Oregon!

I can't speak more highly of Ricky!! If I could give him 10 stars I would. Ricky worked with us in this highly competitive market in Bend. He listened and respected all of our check list and needs. He was highly responsive and very proficient. I may have given him some grey hairs in this process with me but in the end he found us our home. He worked hard to make it all happen and I had my full trust in him. He is my forever realtor and I would highly recommend him. He's no typical realtor... he's BETTER... he's the BEST!!!
