Deborah hung in there with us on a house hunt that took over a year to finally finish. We had multiple offers not be accepted, not because of Deborah but because we were not willing to waive inspections or guarantee above appraised value. Deb knew these were some of the areas we were not willing to compromise on and never pressured us to change our way of approaching the market. I do not know how many houses we looked at or how many breaks we took from looking but Deb was always there when we wanted to look at a new listing. In the end we got a house that was just right for us with no compromises and more that we expected. It still needs some work to make it ours but the bones are great.
