We worked with Debbi when we wanted to make a move from out of state. She provided curated lists of homes for sale, based on our needs. She knows the market very well and was able to guide us to areas that fit us best. Whenever we had a question about a property, she was quick to research and find the answer for us. She saved us travel time by previewing homes for us, and even used Facetime for walkthrus, so we didn't have to drive unless we already knew something was a good candidate. When we finally settled on a new home build, she was our eyes and ears, helping us keep watch on the build as it progressed. I can't stress how much we appreciated that, as it's hard to have a house built when you can't just drop by and check on the progress yourself. Even though this wasn't our first home, it was our first build, and Debbi gave us tips and advice throughout the project. We highly recommend Debbi and she would be our first choice if we ever needed to move again.
