Update (Feb 2021): Well, a little over two years later and we were back with Brett and Tracy. We went back because we loved worked with them and would do it 10 times more. Thank you! Previous Review (Oct 2018): Brett and Tracy were kind and helpful from the get go. We had special requests and concerns and all the nerves that can come with a sell and move. My first time home buying experience could not have been better! That is all due to the fantastic work of Dave! Going into buying a house for me was very overwhelming to wrap my head around. However, as soon as I met with Dave and talked through what I was needing, I felt immediately better about the whole situation. He handled all the confusing "house buying" stuff and explained everything I needed to know in a very easy to understand way. PLUS we found my house for under my budget AND during a huge sellers market! I would highly recommend Dave for any of your home buying OR selling situations!

We have used Brett and his team twice in the last 3 years. Once to buy our current house then recently to sell our rental property. Both times Brett did a fantastic job! Brett is a one stop shop, he has someone for everything whether it’s mortgage broker, inspector, pest control etc... Selling our rental, Brett was able to have multiple offers on our house the first day it went on the market. He guided us through the whole process and took care of everything so we barely had to lift a finger. It’s worth mentioning that all this was during the first 6 weeks of the Covid-19 crisis. We highly recommend Brett and his team!
