Absolutely incredible team! Brett and Tracy made the whole process seamless!! Both were readily available via phone and text with any questions we had any time of day. He knew to ask questions we weren’t asking ourselves, and walked us through every possible option. He was budget-conscious, encouraging and supportive when we occasionally became overwhelmed by choice. He was integral in both the inspection and appraisal processes as well, knowledgeable and shared his experience in a down-to-earth manner. We weren’t always quick to make decisions, and while he was patient, he was persistent in his pursuit to match us with the home we purchased - a dream home, really! He also helped us sell our former home by making suggestions and pointing us toward additional resources when needed.
