His constant communication with me throughout the process was very helpful as it was a very stressful process as a first time buyer. He had great recommendations and resources when it came to people for the inspections and/ or any other issues I could possibly encounter. Mark was a fantastic real estate agent. He addressed all of our needs and concerns about how to efficiently sell our home in a timely manner. He was professional as he ensured we recieved the best deal for our home. He even donated part of his proceeds to a local children's hospital in our name. Brett Wren spent as much time as possible talking to us about my parent's home; the positives and negatives. He wanted to understand the home as well to find the right new owner. He was very tolerant of our needs and concerns, and took care of us throughout the entire process. Mark was awesome and super knowledgeable about all the pitfalls in houses that we didn't necessarily notice such as foundation issues, roof problems, etc. He went out of his way to look at houses any day of the week and even met up at 7pm to view houses since they can last less than a day before being sold right now. He always answered my questions and replied quickly and helped keep things on track when my lender dropped the ball.
