Brett Wren was a blessing to me. He came at a much needed time. I had been strung along for months by a investment flipper. I was beginning to lose all hope of selling my home. I had already purchased a condominium and was paying expenses for both places. Which was extremely hard on a fixed income. Brett came and talked with me and I felt so relaxed and confident that he was the person that was going to get my house sold. The first day it was on the market to show, a holiday non the less, three people viewed it. I got two offers and I sold it. You can’t get better than that!
