I was very impressed with Teresa as a professional to her responsiveness to all of my emails, texts, and phone calls. One of the remarkable things about her responsiveness was that it was during the holidays from Thanksgiving through New Year. She was always able to answer my questions quickly with accuracy or, if she didn't know the answer, found out in a short amount of time and got back to me with an answer. She acted in a professional manner and yet was personable at all times. I spent many hours with her while looking for the perfect home for me, and I continue to carry on a friendship with her because of her winning and knowledgeable personality. I've already referred her to people I've met who are either looking for a home or want to sell a home. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to call on her if I decided to move again.

Prior to looking into homebuying I had several concerns; the right neighborhood, length of commute, and of course cost. Teresa worked with me extensively and found several great homes in my price range and listened to my concerns and wants and adapted suggestions accordingly. I did not purchase a property as I was transferred out of state but Teresa was helpful, informative and a pleasure to work with. I'd definitely recommend Her to someone looking for a first or fifth home.
