Teresa was recommended to me by a friend for whom she had sold a house. As it turned out--WOW, what a recommendation. Teresa was absolutely superb!! It was soon evident that Teresa had only one interest and that was what was my best interest. Her performance proved this when she obtained a cash offer at a price much higher than comparables in the neighborhood. And then she guided the escrow to closing in a time frame that everyone said could not be done but had to be because it was part of the offer. If I ever buy or sell a house again, I will insist on Teresa as my agent because she is the epitome of a realtor.

I went to Teresa after my first agent allowed three houses to slip through our fingers. Teresa knew the industry and devised a strategy to make sure we avoided the tricks being played in Northern CA What hurt us before we me Teresa was the trick of offering 20K over the asking price (to deter other buyers) only to renegotiate with the seller and get the house for asking. We got a house we wanted and there was no counters to deal with... the buyers accepted our price and we even negotiated appliances and some money off for repairs.

Teresa Gilland, as our seller's agent, provided timely, courteous, and professional service. She was very personable and knowledgeable, and she helped us determine the appropriate asking price for our condo. As a result, we received an offer within a few weeks of listing it. She went above and beyond any real estate agent we've ever used before by helping us prepare our condo for showing, meeting with utility persons and contractors to have certain items fixed when we were unable to be there, and handling in a timely manner all of the documents we needed to sign. She also kept us updated on a regular basis. We could not recommend an agent any more highly than Teresa. She was truly wonderful!

Teresa sold our condo in November of 2016. It was on the market for only two days before we received a full price offer and we closed escrow within 2 weeks. She continually helped us through the sale process and quickly resolved any problems we came up against. She was even kind enough to help take care of an issue after the close of escrow.
