Craig Diez is an incredible real estate agent! Craig helped us purchase our first home 30 years ago, and has helped us sell and buy several homes since. Most recently, he sold my parents’ house and 10 acre property. He assisted with removal of the contents of the home, the inspection of the well and the septic tanks, and myriad other necessary things. I doubt that there is any property situation or issue that he hasn’t encountered and overcome. Craig is extremely knowledgeable and professional. We have worked with Brian in the buying or selling of three different houses. He is excellent. First he is friendly, down to earth and very low key which is extremely helpful when things get a bit crazy (and they often will). Second he is honest and his years of experience make his opinion valuable. Third and most important he literally does everything for you going above and beyond what other realtors will do. For example he scheduled all the repairs, found the right guys at a good price and ensured payment happened. I never did a thing. He even personally removed an old tire that was left behind on our property that the junk guys missed. With other realtors we have had to be the ones to field the calls, get the house ready for show and let the potential buyers in to see the place. When using Brian we never have to worry about anything, he takes care of it all. And I’m not scheduling walk through, services or anything. This was especially important in selling our property out of state. But with Brian it was easy. I can’t say enough about how this guy goes above and beyond. Kudos to you Brian.
