I highly recommend Jack Cote as a real-estate agent. He has represented us twice as seller and buyer. Jack is a wonderful agent and an amazing person who goes above and beyond to help you out. He is very professional and stays on top of everything. For most people buying or selling a property could be a bit stressful but Jack will make the process very smooth. He really does more than just a real-estate agent by facilitating and helping with everything that comes up during the process. He knows Reno's real-estate market very well and has provided us with the best recommendations. I simply can not imagine a better agent than Jack Cote.

Jack did a fantastic job helping our family purchase a home. He goes above and beyond through the whole process. We didn’t feel like we were rushed or bothering him when we had questions, his knowledge and expertise left us feeling that we were in good hands.

I interviewed real estate agents in my quest for the right person to help me sell my house and was impressed by Jack Cote' right away. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuine. His ethical standards and willingness to go above and beyond were apparent immediately. And very important to me was the fact that he is trustworthy and able to help me make decisions that would impact the successful sale of my home. I felt confident that everything was taken care of properly and I could not have been happier with how it worked out. In addition to the work he was required to do, he went above and beyond for me in the "little" things. I absolutely, without reservation, highly recommend meeting with him if you want to sell your home.

Jack went above and beyond to help us with our relocation to Reno. He showed us a variety of properties even though we were not entirely sure what we were looking for. He also showed us various neighborhoods and even gave us information regarding the streets within those neighborhoods. It was truly the best introduction to the area we could have wished for. I was amazed at the amount of knowledge he had concerning homes, neighborhoods, schools, recreation and climate. He is very patient and kind and shared numerous contacts with us to help with our move. I look forward to working with him again in the future and am grateful for everything he has done for us.

Who says nice guys finish last? Jack and Melody Cote' (and their office staff!) were not only a joy to work with but they did an amazing job selling our house for us in a challenging market. They kept us abreast of changing market conditions and were there for us when we had questions. They aggressively marketed our house and even helped us find repair people to fix a couple of minor issues after the home inspection while we were out of state. They are awesome to deal with, you won't be disappointed!!

Yolanda represented my wife and I as we were coming from the Bay Area to buy a home in Nevada. Because we had no idea about Reno/Sparks real estate her expertise was relied on greatly. She showed us 17 properties in two days (Saturday and Sunday)! We found the perfect spot and could not have done it without her help. Yolanda was also extremely responsive during the buying process which can be stressful to say the least. I highly recommend Yolanda for anyone buying/selling a home in the Reno area. Thanks Yolanda!!!!

Yolanda was the most amazing agent. She worked so hard to help me find the perfect home, monitoring the MLS and making sure that I did not miss any opportunity. As a first time home buyer, she helped educated me on what would make up my payment so I really understood what I could afford. Yolanda encouraged me to go in a back position on the home I really wanted. When the buyers fell through, I got the home that I that was at the top of my list. Yolanda gives MILLION DOLLAR service no matter the price point and I recommend Yolanda Young with Chase International to any buyer. She will take amazing care of you as she did me - I LOVE MY NEW HOUSE!

We have worked with Jack to get my mother in law a house in Reno just recently. Jack has great knowledge of the Reno area and the housing market around here. He put together a great tour of homes taking all of my mother in laws wishes into consideration. He was very patient driving us around for multiple hours until we found the perfect property. He's been very responsive throughout the whole process and always had time answering all our questions. It's been a great pleasure to work with Jack and we will definitely recommend him to friends and family.

I could not give a higher recommendation for anyone. With Jack, it was no surprise that he was absolutely incredible after reading his reviews. Anyone looking for a real estate agent do not look any further! He made us feel like we were his only clients and was there for absolutely anything we needed him for. It didn’t matter if it was a simple question, advice, viewing a home, or signing papers, he was there for us at any time. Jack was extremely professional and a wonderful person. He made the process of finding our dream home smooth and easy.
