Our family has worked with Jack on several occasions. However, in this era of Covid-19 Jack really went above and beyond working so hard for us - virtual visits, photos, making videos on houses we couldn't see in person. We have appreciated him helping us find our home. Truly an amazing human. I'd recommend him to any family member.

With everything going on during these unprecedented times, we knew that purchasing a home wasn’t going to be a seamless process from directives to guidelines and more but Eric kept us informed every step of the way and did everything he could to help make the process as easy as possible for us first time homebuyers. I couldn’t imagine going through the entire process with anyone other than him. Such amazing advice and expertise.

We highly recommend Jack Cote!! I did a lot of research before choosing my Realtor and Jack has some of the best stats around....and he definitely didn’t disappoint, he lived up to his accolades! He is so kind, experienced, and professional. He uses the best photographers to make the home really stand out and bring in the buyers! Our home was on the market for only one weekend, we had many showings, and 3 offers!! Bidding wars usually don’t happen when your home is priced at 800k, but Jack knows what he’s doing. After being in contract, Jack went above and beyond to try to help ease our stress while dealing with the most difficult realtor of all time! The other realtor refused to ever respond to us, wouldn’t keep us up to date on what was going on, would not make any deadlines, and was just flat rude about everything for no reason. What should have been the easiest transaction ever turned into a giant stress ball. Jack ended up doing all the work and if I could I would have given him the other realtors commission as well. He definitely earned it, while the other realtor did nothing! Jack also tried to offer help to ease our move as well, he was amazing! Thank you Jack! We truly appreciate you :) Choose Jack Cote!!

Jack and Melody Cote are the best realtors out there!! We moved from Denver to Reno and they made the process of finding our perfect home seamless and easy. We are so impressed with our experience, they definitely set the bar high. They are personable and very knowledgeable of the area and we never once felt pressured into anything. They are very responsive and keep you up to date with every step in the process. They truly want you to find the perfect house that suits your needs. We've already recommended them to family and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to more friends and family. Don't use any other realtor, they truly are the best team and you will not be disappointed by them. Thank you again Melody and Jack for helping us find our new home!

Jack and Melody are the best, hands down. I can’t believe how easy it was to buy and sell two properties simultaneously, especially since I don’t even live in Reno. They put in so much extra work to make sure things are as easy as possible for their clients. They really do treat you like family and are at once extraordinarily competent and unbelievably kind. It was such a pleasure working with them!

We just closed on our second house. Jack and Melody have been our realtors for both homes we’ve purchase. We decided to go back to them again because they were seriously amazing the first time and somehow found a way to be even better the second. They are such a great team. They’re extremely responsive, helped us get what we wanted out of the deal, and with everything going on with COVID also helped ensure we were able to sell our first house for a good price. They’re seriously such sweet people it’s crazy. I don’t feel like normal realtors go to the lengths they do to try and make their clients happy. I will he telling anyone I know in the Reno/Sparks area that they shouldn’t use any realtor other than Jack and Melody!!

We have been fortunate to have Jack represent us as both a buyer and a seller. He is awesome to work with and has an intimate knowledge of the process of buying and selling a home. He understands the Reno market exceptionally well. He provided useful and insightful guidance in preparing our house for sale and his recommendations for contractors were a great help. Jack's team did an amazing job throughout, especially with the photos. We highly recommend Jack and Melody!

We just closed on the sale of our home in which Jack Cote was our realtor. Jack made the stressful situation of selling a home easy and stress-less! From the very beginning Jack was very honest with us and was on top of his game, keeping us up to date every move of the way. I definitely recommend Jack! We will be using him again in the future for buying our next home! Thank you Jack Cote!!

Jack Cote' is the best realtor we have worked with in our over 40 years experience of buying and selling over a dozen homes. He came completely prepared to our selling interview, had multiple comps, a professionally prepared volume to present the home, and had extensive knowledge of the area and market. As we listed with him, he utilized professional photography with drone views, social media, multiple websites, and we rapidly had offers. After the offer was accepted, he remained available, professional, pleasant, hard-working, and utilized his multiple contacts to deal with the details that required attention, and negotiated for us expertly to the end of the sale. I highly recommend Jack Cote', and would use him again in an instant. You won't be disappointed
