Now, my wife and I are amongst those who enthusiastically recommend Jack for your real estate needs. He is the ultimate professional! But he is also patient, kind and very responsive, he really treated us like family. We decided it was time to sell our rental property in this crazy market. Now granted, you could sell a shed right now for $100k, but Jack still went over and above our expectations. He never over promised but he always over performed. He helped us prepare the property with his extensive list of repair and cleaning people. He told us what to expect every step of the process. When our property hit the market, Jack was there showing after showing as practically every time slot was rapidly filled in. For five straight days, he was out there showing the property; I don't think he even had time for lunch! We hit every metric, the home sold in 5 days, above asking price, with multiple offers! We would like to share a little story about Jack the person. Our renters had left some photos behind in one of the closets. Our property manager was not particularly interested in returning the photos, but Jack found the renters and returned their precious photos! This is a person of true integrity and character.
