He made everything easy and communicated with us every step of the way. He was very responsive throughout the entire process, always helpful and professional. There were no surprises with him; if anything, his experience allowed him to anticipate potential issues and make us aware of them in advance. On signing a contract to sell our home in Reno, Jack immediately began implementing the plan to prepare our home for sale He scheduled house cleaners, carpet cleaners, and a professional photographer Jack promised to get our house listed by the following Thursday and he did He kept us informed during the entire process and helped us deal with any issues that came up We received a purchase offer the first day! Jack negotiated w the buyer’s agent for every issue He closed the deal to our satisfaction and we received our funds within a day of close of escrow Jack is professional, an expert in real estate matters, and a gracious person We highly recommend him and his wife, Melody

Jack took care of the sale of my mom's house in NW Reno

Jack took care of the sale of my mom's house in NW Reno. He REALLY knows the market well. He came to our initial meeting with a proposal packet that included comps, his resume, and some ideas as to how he would approach the sale of the home. He went to work right away and addressed things that I wasn't aware would be issues. He helped us line up a contractor to fix a couple of issues to help the house view better. He arranged for a cleaner to come in to prepare the house, got professional photos (including drone footage)! He set up the open house and was there for every one of them over that week. He communicated clearly, frequently and professionally. He sought clarification from us at every step and respected our wishes. He provided his professional opinions in all matters and got us through the whole sales process smoothly. If I am ever in the market to buy or sell again in this area, I will seek him out 1st. And YOU should too!
