She was also very honest/truthful and not afraid to tell you the bad news first, which I respect as I know others would sugar coat such subjects. Linda Nordblad assisted me with the purchase of my home in Sparks. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and real estate in general (my father was a Broker so I know a good real estate professional when I see one!) She had wonderful observations and suggestions and even came up with the idea to ask the seller to swap the new electric range for a gas one when we noticed there was natural gas available - and he did it! I never would have even thought to ask that. Linda is also extremely responsive and helped to negotiate a really wonderful deal for me. I am super grateful and would highly recommend Linda.
