Homes DO Sell on Rainy Days!

I contacted Pamela after seeing that she had sold a home in my neighborhood in just one weekend, as the market had begun to shift toward the end of 2022. I knew we would be selling my mother’s home in the same neighborhood in early 2023 and wanted to meet the person who had facilitated such a quick sale in such a difficult time. The rest is history— My mother’s house also sold in one (extremely rainy) weekend, with multiple offers and for over asking price. From start to finish Pamela and her team displayed an unmatched level of customer service and professionalism. They demonstrated immense patience and understanding of our situation and advised appropriately through ALL phases of the process. Pamela’s knowledge of this crazy market, along with her confidence in and commitment to getting the job done, no matter what it takes, is refreshing!
