About Ken

Ken's been a Folsom resident for over 46 years a REALTOR for over 23 years. He was awarded RE/MAX's prestigious "Hall of Fame Award" in the spring of 2022. Ken began his Real Estate career in 2001, has earned multiple awards and designations and has served as a mentor for new agents. Ken served on the Sacramento Assn. of Realtors Education Committee and is a Graduate of the Folsom Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program. Prior to Real Estate, Ken retired from a 23 year career in Sales & Marketing with Hallmark Cards. He's a 1970 graduate of Norwich University, is active in their Alumni Association and is a Lifetime Member of Norwich's Partridge Society. Ken served as a Commissioned Officer & Army Aviator; a Veteran of the Viet Nam era, Ken served on active duty from (1971-1975). He's currently an active member of the American Legion's Post 362 in Folsom. Ken serves the Greater Folsom Lake Area, including Northern Sacramento, Placer and El Dorado Counties.

Ken is not only a very knowledgable and hard...

Ken is not only a very knowledgable and hard working agent, he is a wonderfully honest and kind man. We moved to the Sacramento area from Virginia and he rearranged his vacation to accommodate our house hunting trip. His knowledge of the area was extremely helpful in understanding the differences in utilities, commutes, schools and amenities. Ken made us feel like we were part of his family. Ken was very patient and diligent in helping us navigate the competitive market. We had a very narrow search due to the specific location and type of home we were looking for and Ken was diligent in bringing us new listings as soon as they hit the market. Ken stuck with us until we found our dream home and we could not be more grateful.
