Ginny Parks was extraordinarily resourceful, patient, and accommodating in preparing our house for sale, and a comfort to us as we awaited offers. Various inspections revealed shortfalls that were news to us, but thanks to Ginny they were addressed by her coterie of workers with alacrity. We trusted her recommendations vis a vis repairs, improvements, staging, and etcetera, and were glad we did. The house never looked better. Ginny was recommended to us through our employer to help us in our relocation. After our first 30 minute virtual meeting, we knew why they recommended her. Ginny listened to our desires, assured us she would help us on a timeline that worked for us, and had no pressure to make sure we got right to house shopping.When we began to actually house hunt with her, she did an incredible job of efficiently scheduling our house hunting trip, and provided useful knowledge as we evaluated each property. She is also wonderful with smaller children. We brought our 2 year-old with us, and after only a few houses, the two of them would play as my spouse and I looked at the house. Just this morning, more than 2 months after we bought our house, my son asked if we could have Ginny come over so he could show her his latest obsession.When we finally found our house, I saw Ginny really kick into another gear. She provided all information we needed very quickly, and helped us to get a winning offer. As we were in negotiations, I saw her years of experience really come to light, she knew what questions to ask, how to handle concerns, and how to close. I was so impressed with her closing skills that I knew this had to be in her nature. When I asked her about her sports career she shared that she was an all league defensive player in soccer, this made total sense. My friend introduced Ginny Parks to me when my family decided to move and was looking to buy a house. She drove us around town and introduced the different districts/schools thoroughly. I am good at doing extensive research on the internet to teach myself to get a better judgement especially for purchases, but Ginny was still able to provide new and helpful information during my tour.When we decided to go for our dream house, I emailed Ginny on Friday night and got all the information about the house before bedtime. She always responded to email within an hour. The most impressive part for me was that she always answered my questions right on point and with very organized answers full of information, which I can totally say it's really rare to see. Being well informed, we were lucky to secure our new home easily.During closing, Ginny always stayed ahead of the process and gave clear instructions, which saved me so much headache. Ginny continued to help us in person on repairing, remodeling, etc on our house even after the house is closed.Overall, I have excellent experience with Ginny. Karen was a true delight to work with! My husband and I sought Karen out when we began our search for a home in the Davis/West Sacramento area and we are so glad that we found her.
