Karen was a true delight to work with! My husband and I sought Karen out when we began our search for a home in the Davis/West Sacramento area and we are so glad that we found her. Buying a home out of state was a first for us, and quite a stressful concept given the current market conditions, but Karen's calm demeanor and diligence made the process as seamless as it could be. She was very communicative, knowledgeable not only on the area and market, but also California real estate processes, and served as a great advocate for us as buyers.
