Love , love , love Ginny! She over -communicates w all parties to make sure her clients and business partners all have the same expectations. We SO appreciated that. She responds quickly, is ahead of the next step, and guides the whole crazy process w humor and grace! Our house sold 108% of list price and closed in 23 days. I wish that there were way more than 5 stars! I would give Ginny 10 stars, if I could. She handled all aspects of the sale of my house and buying a condo with knowledge, helpfulness, kindness and patience. If you want a realtor who will give 110%, knows the market, knows the area, works with the best inspectors and other support people and will hold your hand when you are so stressed that you just want to cry — hire Ginny Parks!! Over the years we have had the unfortunate experience of meeting/dealing with real estate agents who put themselves first. Finding a competent agent who really respects and believes in their client and who seeks to maximize the client’s benefit seemed like a goal beyond our reach. But miracles do happen.
