Freindly professionalism
Selling a home, particularly a home one has lived in for over 35 years, as in our case, is a daunting task. Fortunately, we had Allison Costelow to advise us and handle the complex organization of inspections, prep work, listing and the final showing, all at own pace. It was certainly a learning experience, yet Allison was always available to answer our questions. Preparing our home and the surprisingly rapid sale would not have been possible without her professional, experienced and friendly guidance.

Selling a home is a MAJOR life moment, one WE were not ready for at all.... ENTER CLAUDIA LOPEZ and ALLISON COSTELOW (REMAX Benicia). a DREAM TEAM for sure. I greatly appreciate how professional and knowledgeable Claudia and Allison are and how they patiently explained to us each step in the process, our job was to trust the process...as they handled everything from coordinating inspections, appraisals, pricing the home, listing the home, coordinating open houses ... private showings TO receiving an offer and to ultimately selling our home. Claudia’s and Allison’s DEEP knowledge of the real-estate market and their marketing strategies proved to be invaluable and made us feel confident and informed at every turn. She's the best!
I was very happy with everything that Allison did from the moment I met her up until now weeks after the purchase of my first home. She had to deal with myself and my 75-year-old mother and she was able to make both of us happy at the same time which usually is pretty hard to do. She was very informative she knew pretty much everything that you would need to know about a home and what she didn't know she knew who would know the answer to any question I had. I put my trust in her hands and she works so hard for me I can't even begin to express my gratitude and satisfaction I will forever use Allison as a realtor and recommend her to all my family and friends forever and ever. I promise you that no one will ever work harder than that woman does. She is a family woman and a business woman all wrapped up in one tremendous awesome spunky ball she has the humor when you need it and she is serious when it needs to get serious.
