I was very happy with everything that Allison did from the moment I met her up until now weeks after the purchase of my first home. She had to deal with myself and my 75-year-old mother and she was able to make both of us happy at the same time which usually is pretty hard to do. She was very informative she knew pretty much everything that you would need to know about a home and what she didn't know she knew who would know the answer to any question I had. I put my trust in her hands and she works so hard for me I can't even begin to express my gratitude and satisfaction I will forever use Allison as a realtor and recommend her to all my family and friends forever and ever. I promise you that no one will ever work harder than that woman does. She is a family woman and a business woman all wrapped up in one tremendous awesome spunky ball she has the humor when you need it and she is serious when it needs to get serious. Michelle is someone you'll want on your team, not to mention her partner in life and business John who was critical in the home searching stage with his eye for home features/potential problems!Michelle was patient with us, knowledgeable, a problem solver, and gracefully worked with our sellers agent which I would have found difficult if I were in her shoes.We WERE (thanks Michelle!) first time home buyers and inquisitive ones at that meaning we had A LOT of questions as we read each line of documentation. Michelle not only helped us answer them but helped us get answers from the seller as often as possible which was not easy. In addition there were multiple occasions where a problem came up which I would not say is "her job" but she solved them for us. Everything from getting estimates from contractors to helping ensure the home was secured, I always felt Michelle was going above and beyond to help us succeed. Finally I would say she was always willing to make herself available to us, even when she spontaneously needed to manage 3 grandchildren, she brought them along to whatever we needed. TLDR: We were very happy to have Michelle in our corner and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.
