Michelle not only helped us answer them but helped us get answers from the seller as often as possible which was not easy. In addition there were multiple occasions where a problem came up which I would not say is "her job" but she solved them for us. Everything from getting estimates from contractors to helping ensure the home was secured, I always felt Michelle was going above and beyond to help us succeed. Finally I would say she was always willing to make herself available to us, even when she spontaneously needed to manage 3 grandchildren, she brought them along to whatever we needed.
