When you hire her it's like you're hiring a loved one that looks out for you're best interest. She will always be in contact throughout the process making sure everything is running smoothly. Choosing a realtor in the Santa Clarita Valley can be a difficult one as there are so many to choose from. My husband got to choose this time, as I chose the realtor for our first purchase. I didn't know Natalie well but trusted my husband choice. And honestly, she was exactly what we needed and made this life altering decision as easy as possible for us. Natalie was attentive, easy to get a hold of and optimistic when things got tough. She was strategic in her approach and not only helped us with selling our home here but also communicated with our realtor for our new home across the country. In the end she delivered in getting our home sold for over asking and closed in perfect time to close 2 days later on our home in our new state.
