The above & beyond detailed realtor who cares for person she deals with.

She knows the market & has great marketing skills. The brochure she did for me was excellent. Photos flattering & a work of art. Description was well written & professionally done. No detail too large or small for her to handle. I would rate her as a 10 Star Realtor. I interviewed 3 orhers before deciding to chose her. Not only does she come off as charming & professional but she is kind & understanding. A kindred spirit for me. Bottom line, it was a straightforward and enjoyable house selling process.

Sheila’s years of experience in real estate shows through in everything she does. It starts with her walking us through what each step would be and how the process would work. Next her knowledge of realty procedures and market values enabled her to recommend a reasonable price range for the property and when it should be put on the market. Throughout the entire process she quickly and professionally answered all our questions and concerns. Her experience with different Title agencies provided for a very easy and smooth closing procedure.

Coming and going
