She knows the market & has great marketing skills. The brochure she did for me was excellent. Photos flattering & a work of art. Description was well written & professionally done. No detail too large or small for her to handle. I would rate her as a 10 Star Realtor. I interviewed 3 orhers before deciding to chose her. Not only does she come off as charming & professional but she is kind & understanding. A kindred spirit for me. I did everything she suggested for me & I was surpisrd how quickly I sold & bought with her guidance.

Christy did a great job selling our house. She gave great suggestions on staging. Set up marketing a package and open houses with great turnout. Shelia was excellent. Even though she was the sellers agent and I did not have an agent Shelia treated me like one of her clients. She was nothing but professional and took the time to answer all my questions and help guide me through the process. When I needed specific information for the mortgage company Shelia was right there with me calling people to get me the answer quickly.
