Working with Traci and her team was a real pleasure. She helped us with both buying and selling a house at the same time during the Pandemic. We were nervous and did not have much experience in real estate. She and her team stepped in and took out all the stress and handled everything. We put an offer on a house and Traci promised us to sell our current house within a week. Traci Oliver is a fantastic real estate agent with a wonderful team behind her. Traci did a wonderful job helping me and my family so my mother’s home. She is friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and proactive. I credit Traci and her team with being able to sell my mother’s home in a much quicker time period and at a much higher value than I expected the house to sell. She was also extremely effective at navigating several different obstacles that stood in the way to selling the house that could very well have cost us several months and untold hours to resolve. I would highly recommend Traci Oliver and her team with either a home sale or home purchase. She is very knowledgeable of the local market, market conditions, and very responsive through our entire process. In our instance, we identified one street that we wanted to live on despite no homes for sale. She self-sourced a home for us, found a potential seller, and worked tirelessly to secure its purchase. Traci provides a “value add” with her knowledge of contractors for intended work after the home purchase. I was looking to move into a condominium again and Zinta was my agent. She is very knowledgeable about the condominium market and the overall real estate market. She was able to help me better define what I was looking for and really helped match me up with possible properties. When I found something I liked, Zinta was on the job...getting background information on the property, communicating with the listing agent, checking out comps in the neighborhood, etc. She provided very sound advice on making an offer and all the negotiations connected with it.
