Amanda ran a full scale Marketing Plan that provided me with such a great tenant that this tenant is still renting this property. With the timing that I was dealing with Amanda worked with the Seller's Realtor to negotiate my offer during a period of time of multiple offers/bidding wars. When my offer was accepted, I was elated! Amanda also assisted through the Title Company process with the Seller's Attorney. Amanda is trustworthy, pays attention to client needs, and great at building relationships. Amanda has not only become my Realtor but a great friend!
