I got a referral from my ReMax agent down the hill for Janet and I am so glad she ended up my agent. Janet is very good at her job. I sold my house in the South Bay Area and purchased my house here in Apple Valley simultaneously...no easy task. She knows Victor Valley and all the best housing locations yet was incredibly patient with me as I went through my process of getting to know this area. She recommended Stonebrook Estates right off the bat, but my son wanted to live further North for work. So we looked over several weeks coming up here from below. She lined up all the houses in order, got all the lock box combinations, printed out information sheets on each location and even paid a few times for our Starbucks. When it came time to make an offer, she meticulously went through the paperwork to ensure my understanding of each step. After the offer was accepted, she ran down every ball hit to her.
