I met Ashley while house hunting with my daughter , and based on her knowledge , caring , professional demeanor, and her knowledge of the market I decided to have her sell my vacant land in Lake Isabella CA. Ashley got right to work , and after listing the property had two offers, but Ashley recognized a problem with the first buyers unwillingness to give prof of funds , so Ashley advised me there had been real estate fraud happening so I elected to accept the lesser of two offers. I am confident that Ashley's care for me as a client and her ability to protect me from making a huge mistake say's volumes about her character , real estate skills , and future success as a realtor. Ashley is an asset to the trade, and if I need a realty representative in the future Ashley will be my first call . I have told my friends about my experience and highly recommend her if they find the need to buy or sell property in the future.
