Jenn was SO thorough and knowledgeable about selling a difficult property. She scoped out all potential problems before listing and started a problem solving process right away. With problems identified and solved, the escrow process was smooth and trouble free, later on. She also navigated a disappointing “failure” when the first buyer “fell out.” She demonstrated a high degree of professionalism when the situation was tense. Where do I start with Jenn. She was absolutely amazing. From the start she was there any time of day to do what needed to be done. From helping us to organize, clean, advise and take care of anything that needed to be done. Her and her team got inside and outside of the house and took care of all repairs and updates needed to sell the house. When she was done our house looked like a model home and new again. Our house didn't look 23 years old anymore. When we had possible buyers Jenn never slowed down on getting the job done. The house is now sold. Jenn is someone I would absolutely send to anyone wanting to sell their home or property. Through this process we are blessed to have gained a good friend in Jenn.
