Had excellent communication with both myself the seller, the buyer and everyone involved from government agencies to escrow. My home, which was not a traditional home, was not conveniently located in her area. Despite this she went there several times to list, stage, show and close the sell. Jenn is very knowledgeable and takes your wants and needs into consideration with each home that she shows you. If you see a house online and ask to see it, Jenn will check it out to see if it can really meet your needs before spending time showing it. She is very thorough when walking through a home to check all areas that could be or have had problems. She is extremely kind and considerate.

Jenn did in eight days what others could not do in months. She sold my home. I owned it for 30 years. You get attached, it's emotional, confusing, complicated. In the last decade of those years I tried several times to sell. I contracted with the big names, the locals, the hot shots. I reached out to them. Some, contacted me. I even tried to do for sale by owner once. That's when the real scum steps out. Every failure made me jaded and reluctant.
