Jackie was super awesome. She was readily available for every home I requested to see, she was very responsive and helped us find our home. I found Jackie when requested to see a home on Zillow and she met me right away. I already had a relator whom I had used to buy and sell previous homes but Jackie was so friendly that I stuck with her. We saw quite a few homes and they either didn’t fit our needs or were just not it. She allowed me to be myself and look freely and when I saw a home I wanted to go see she made herself available to book a viewing right away.

Selling a home from 2,000 miles away could have been a daunting experience - Jenn Irvin, however, made it an awesome one! Her market knowledge, expertise, and responsiveness are top notch. Prior to listing our property for sale Jenn did a thorough inspection of our home which uncovered several items that could have been an issue for us had they not been identified and addressed up front. Our California home needed new flooring, new carpeting, roof repair, new paint, new baseboards, etc, and Jenn coordinated all of this for us while we remained in Illinois! The end result was a newly renovated property that looked amazing and was move-in-ready. Jenn found a buyer for us at a very good price and the closing process went smoothly. Jennifer went above and beyond her duties of being a relator. She's very knowledgeable And new things that needed to be done to the house before we could even sell it. As it was time for our inspection nothing needed to be done because she already did it. She also does not mess around and will get things done in a timely matter.
