My sale was a bit more complicated. I needed to sell a home that was tenant occupied and the buyer is the tenant. I tried 6 times will all failed results until I met Jenn. She stayed with me for nearly a year working out the hard details while others gave up. Its one thing to be a professional, but its another thing to care. Jenn is both which is very rare.
